AVANT energy & solutions provide its services for 3D laser scanning of Refineries and Plants for error free reverse engineering projects. High deficiency laser scanners are to use to perform scanning in complex piping areas under the supervision of trained and qualified scanner operators. Data is collected in the form of millions of nodes which is later on converted into raw scans. These raw scans are then processed and stitched together in to assigned software to generate POINT CLOUD DATA of desired object. This laser scan data has been reviewed multiple times by the technical management team to ensure the quality results.

Following are the stages of 3Dlaser scanning to ensure quality of work.

• Raw scan data to ensure the coverage of piping/areas.
• Bird eye view is use to locate area on the map
• Point cloud data view to check the accuracy of measurements and dimension of objects/piping.

This point cloud data is used to build Animations, 360-degree footage, mesh models, 2D drawings, 3D CAD models.
